Shirodhara comes from two Sanskrit words, where ‘Shiro’ means ‘head’ and ‘dhara’ implies to ‘pouring or dripping or pouring of warm herbal Ayurvedic oils on the forehead allowing the oil to run through the scalp and down into the hair. The oil , milk , or water is steeped with nervine herbs and is also beneficial for treating people suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, muscle pain, and stress working on multiple layers of the being. Shirodhara helps eliminate dead skin cells, draining lymphatic fluids, and balancing doshic elements. It even enhances the function of the central nervous system, treating diseases like anxiety, depression, mental fatigue, and delivers a whole new experience to the mind and body.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance. There will be a $50-70$ penalty for not doing so to honor the time of the practitioner.
